Our Team

CFA offers your child the most advanced early learning pedagogy available – CFA is the vanguard of early learning in Chicagoland. This is not a “slogan” at CFA – our infant care specialists and master teachers implement the groundbreaking early childhood, neuroscience research from Harvard University’s Center On The Developing Child.

We also believe this science-based (as opposed to the outdated evidence-based) approach to early learning, is inextricably linked to relationship centered care – your child is treated uniquely with respect and kindness. We have built a team who are passionate and creative and who have been “unleashed” to utilize their special talents in the arts, music, dance, etc., breathing life into the curriculum. We also encourage multi-lingual communication with the children, which enhances brain development. Meet the CFA Team!!
